What is the Missouri Crossing 300?
The Missouri Crossing 300 is a self supported run for charity across the state of Missouri, from Kansas City to St. Louis (stateline to stateline). The run will include the entire 225 miles of the Katy Trail from Clinton to St. Charles as well as approximately 100 miles along highways and city streets. This inaugural event will begin July 19 and finish July 25th or 26th (an average of 48 to 54 daily miles). Proceeds from the charity run will go to the Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St. Louis. As of this posting only two people are planning on running, Matt Rees and David Stores. Any others wishing to participate in all or part of the run is encouraged (at their own risk!).
